  • Provide heating and hot water to 38 new build houses via district heating network scheme.

The Results

  • Fuel cost saving of £6,316.00 per annum

  • RHI Payback of £14,610.00 per Annum for 20 years

  • Annual gain £21,153.00

  • 20 year RHI + Fuel Savings gain including RPI is £691,264.00 The figure is index linked so therefore will rise with inflation

  • Payback period of 4 years

We were contacted to install a biomass system under a district heating network scheme. We installed 1 x 99kw and 1 x 110kw Hargassner Biomass Boilers to provide heating and hot water to 38 houses on a newbuild estate in Boat of Garten which is a small village in Aviemore in the Scottish Highlands.
