Safe Harbour Nursing and Residential Care are a care company with a number of homes that provide Nursing, Residential, dementia, short stay and Palliative care.
Agnes and Arthur care home is one of Safe Harbour’s dementia and residential properties in Stoke-on-Trent. The purpose of the installation was to provide heating and hot water for the residents and staff throughout the property water via a 301kw Herz biomass boiler.

Provide heating and hot water to the 44 bedroom property with a number of en-suite bathrooms

- RHI Payment £21,041.00 per Annum for 20 years
- Annual gain £24,996.00
- 20 year RHI + Fuel Savings gain including RPI is £816,799.00 The figure is index linked so therefore will rise with inflation
